Report a safety concern

If you need to report a serious safety issue outside of the app's reporting feature:

Complaints procedure

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to responding promptly in accordance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023.

Step 1 — Report in the app

Use the Report button on any profile or message. This is the fastest way to flag harmful content and will reach our moderation team immediately.

Step 2 — Contact us directly

If the in-app report is not suitable or you want to follow up on an existing report, email:

Please include: a description of the concern, the username or profile link involved, and any screenshots if relevant.

Response timescales

  • Illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, trafficking): within 24 hours
  • Serious safety concerns (threats, harassment): within 24 hours
  • All other reports: initial acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within 7 days
  • Appeals against moderation decisions: within 7 days

Step 3 — Escalate to Ofcom

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to Ofcom, the UK's online safety regulator.
